Get Your Dev Tool Mentioned by ChatGPT, Gemini Not Just Ranked on Google

8•vinodvarma24•8mo ago
A few months ago, I launched a product (TalktoData) and did all the classic SEO work—technical blog posts, meta tags, backlinks. The site started ranking decently on Google.

Then I opened ChatGPT and asked:

“What tools help non-technical teams analyze their data?”

My product didn’t show up—not even once.

That’s when it hit me: in 2025, people are asking AI for recommendations, not just searching on Google. If your product isn't showing up in LLM answers, you're invisible.

So I built SEOPro AI—a tool that helps devs and indie hackers get cited inside LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. It generates high-quality, developer-focused blog content, injects hidden prompts to influence AI outputs, auto-publishes to your CMS, and even tracks where your brand is mentioned across AI tools.

We’re using it ourselves to grow organic traffic and LLM visibility for our other projects.

Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback. Happy to answer questions or dive into how the prompt injection and AI SEO tracking works.

Can you provide an example of a prompt that gets SEOPro AI mentioned by an LLM (without feeding it the name first)? I tried a few in ChatGPT and Gemini and got all sorts of products mentioned, but not yours.

LLMs were a nice reprieve from all the SEO spam. Not for much longer, I guess :/

> injects hidden prompts to influence AI outputs

Have you not thought about how unethical this is?

moomoo11•8mo ago
Isn’t AI itself in LLM form based on unethically sourced data used for profit.
thimabi•8mo ago
Most certainly. I’m all in favor of more regulation for both AI and SEO sectors, in order to deal with these ethical dilemmas.
