Is it safe for an encrypted partition (bitlocker) if there exists other partition that are not encrypted? Is it possible to access the encrypted partition through the uncrypted partition?

Yes since the BL partition is only available if it’s unlocked. Your other partition(s) wouldn’t have any influence on this
