Let's say a user have an android app and needs 50 beta testers to test the app and receive reviews & feedbacks, the user uses this platform to submit a new request (looking for 50 beta tester). But, the user needs to contribute first to other requests (from other users) to earn points (since the user needs 50 beta testers, then 50 points are required to post)

I didn't find something similar to this, only some paid services. do you know a platform like this?
