Putin’s Russia can not fight well with conventional military means but they have mastered the art of information warfare. They successfully got Americans to vote for Putin’s stooge twice. Quite impressive that they were able to sow so much chaos for so little money and consequences. Feckless Europe helped too. It’s unfortunate for the Ukrainians.
