they should just give adolecent kids a course where they are exposed to this technology in a safe and apropriate way, ie: there heads get stuck onto convincing teddy bears or there friend, whatever, and then be told to brace themselves for deap fake porn, and just report it and ignore it they will know, that anything can be done with there image without there consent now,there is no shame in bieng a target, and it up to them to be proud, and strong enough to walk away. Also giving children the agency to be able to easily block and mark any sender of bad stuff. adults aparently will need the same classes and tools, but perhaps it would be simpler to yell at them,and point out that all in all they are lucky that it's only virtual abuse, cause there is no end of the real kind going on, and ask what do you realy expect from our species?
