Hello. I found myself working in a very busy new devops team. Now the problem is we get a lot of work from various channels (email, chatops, meetings) and we need a way to organize all that.

Moreover there are events that we need to take note such as "this server will need to renew cert key in this specific date in future".

Chaos. How do you manage? What kind of tools or system of records do you use and have made your lives easier?
