Hi HN – I’m Nico, a PM working in climate tech. Over the past few years, I kept hearing from people who want to work in impactful fields — like sustainability, health, or education — but don’t know where to start.

At the same time, I’ve seen how hard it is for mission-driven startups to attract great, aligned candidates without getting buried on generalist job boards.

So I built Impakt (https://impakt.work) — a simple, curated job board for purpose-driven roles in climate, health, sustainability, and other areas of social impact. It’s designed to help motivated professionals find meaningful jobs, and to help mission-led companies stand out.
