I’m one of the founders of Anyone.com, a new platform we’ve quietly been building to fix the chaos of real estate transactions. Call us the Uber of real estate really.
Most platforms just list properties. We built the part no one built: the actual transaction workflow.
On Anyone, buyers, sellers, and agents collaborate in one shared environment: from search → to agent matching → viewings → offers → deal → closing.
We previously built Dan.com to modernize domain ownership transfers (acquired by GoDaddy), reducing transfer times from days to minutes. Real estate is even more broken and 1000x more impactful.
So far we’re live in 10 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, and Netherlands with 31M properties indexed and 4.6M agents available to match with.
We’re also working on the Anyone Mortgage a financing model designed to make homeownership more accessible for first-time buyers. It’s still in progress, but core to our vision. Read more about the mortgage here: https://anyone.com/mortgages and here: https://anyone.com/whitepaper
Would love feedback from anyone who’s dealt with buying, selling, or building in proptech.
Cheers, Reza
