I’ve built a Chrome extension called Tagada to make replying to long, cluttered emails less painful. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to parse a dense email thread and craft a thoughtful reply, this might help.
What it does:
- Lets you highlight key phrases in an email and tag them by category (e.g., question, request, update). - When you click “Reply,” it auto-generates a structured response template with fields matched to the tags. - You can then focus just on the important parts and write concise, clear replies.
The idea came from my own frustration with messy email chains and constantly missing critical points buried in text. I wanted something lightweight that helps me organize my thoughts quickly when responding.

Would love feedback—especially from folks who deal with lots of emails daily. Happy to answer any questions!
