This was flagged to death but makes little sense to be flagged.

DOJ is going after major insurers for Medicare Advantage part C kickbacks from brokerages, along with attempted denials of coverage for less profitable patients.

Provided the allegations are true, this is one of the instances where the DOJ seems to be on the correct side of the aisle.
