When you are dealing with 3 inch chimp brains, that can barely solve their day to day problems without all kinds of structures/institutions to hide and manage complexity their bounded rationality can not handle, you don't need Godel or Quantum Error Correction to convince anyone about anything.

After you do, then what happens? Nothing much. The chimps are too dumb for anything to happen. No big deception is required. There are many religions in the world that dont require a satan to sound coherent.
