It gets rid of SLS which costs $4 BILLION PER LAUNCH.

It's in part good, but the replacement isn't ready. Without it the whole crewed lunar exploration stack has nothing to ride on.

Getting rid of SLS is great, but they're cutting deep space exploration and astrophysics by 2/3 which is profoundly dumb. That's something that can't be done by the commercial sector.
