Perhaps they should spend more time interacting with one another...

My parents and I were discussing how this is the most diverse group of cardinals ever. Pope Francis' call to go out to the peripheries was modeled by his appointment of cardinals from every "periphery" of the Church. At the same time he denied appointments to traditional sees such as Los Angeles, he was diversifying the makeup of the College of Cardinals.

So at this point in history we have a large body of electors who probably know one another very little, especially in terms of in-person interaction and collaboration. So I would hope that during their general congregations, they have ample opportunities to meet and have fellowship, and get to know one another, rather than Stanley Tucci or John Lithgow.
