Attuitive is an attempt at easing a common problem I see in the world of customer experience & success. At a high level - businesses not understanding their customers.
It's a problem that manifests in a multitude of ways but often stems from lack of visibility into the customer. CRM's & CDP's are the common solution to this but often still leave a lot to be desired.
The idea behind Attuitive is that it enables a business to begin building up a flexible 'profile' of a customer. It's API-first, opening it up to a host of integrations. In doing this, it's possible to identify & describe your customers individually. With said data, over time 'intelligence' can be extracted that helps with a better understanding, improved personalisation, surfacing the right data at the right time, etc.
It's still very early, and a lot of work to be done. It would be great to collect feedback from the community that can help shape the direction.
Happy to answer questions too!
