Of course they say "it is what it is". They get paid the big bucks to steer the ship then comically look around for someone else when people are upset. Also a very Farquaad "that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make." I really do hope people vote with their jobs. The market is tough but it it softens, it would be great to see that exodus to jobs that fit people's needs better resume. Noting that some people prefer being in the office. That's fine. But the job should fit your needs either way.
