The one I dread the most is: Don’t reinvent the wheel.

There are many myths that I see, and one is that others are wrong. Couldn't it be that the clean code style works for the author, that being intellectually perfectionist is a style, and that using the latest technology favors exploration and curiosity against productivity which may well have more returns in the long run
