I’m a 51-year-old freelance programmer from Italy. Between projects (and rants about modern web design), I ended up writing 111 short stories imagining what the future might look like — sometimes weird, sometimes funny, sometimes a bit too real.
Themes range from AI governments and post-capitalist ruins to synthetic emotions, invisible wars, and dystopian customer service. It’s called Chronicles from the Future — speculative fiction in fast, sharp doses. Some stories are just a paragraph, others take a few minutes. The whole thing was first published in Italian; I just translated it into English myself.

If you check it out, I’d love to know what you think. Even just which title made you curious.
Thanks for reading — and for tolerating a non-startup post.
