Have you successfully claimed SLA credits from your cloud provider?

1•oladekola•5h ago
Billions of dollars in cloud SLA credits go unclaimed every year. Cloud providers know when a breach happens but don't apply credits automatically ...

Instead you have to:

- file a claim within 2 billing cycles

- attach logs proving the incident happened

- parse all the legalese in the SLA document to calculate the credits owed

Anyone else have experience with this? How do you handle at your org?
