Show HN: I've added 59 free tools to work with PDF documents

https://www.digiparser.com/free-tools/pdf
4•pankaj9296•8mo ago
Hey HN, I’ve been building PDF utility tools in DigiParser my SaaS app, to simplify working with PDF files. Just launched an update that includes 59 new tools - all free to use.

You can now merge, split, compress, convert (PDF ↔ Word, Excel, JPG, etc.), OCR, redact, fill forms, sign, reorder pages, and much more.

No login required. Fast, privacy-friendly, and works in the browser.

Check it out: https://www.digiparser.com/free-tools/pdf

Would love your feedback or ideas for more tools!

> Your files are processed entirely in your browser. They never leave your computer.

I tried Compress-Pdf module and it is actually uploading the binary pdf file to the server for processing.

pankaj9296•8mo ago
ah that's right, I need to change that statement, thanks for flagging. The files are processed on server, securely and deleted after processing. No data stored.

thanks sir
pankaj9296•8mo ago
most welcome. feel free to share feedback or request changes.

lots of tools, nice.
FloatArtifact•8mo ago
That's frustrating when I see these kinds of online only tools. I have to expose my own documents to a third-party service.
pankaj9296•8mo ago
Totally understand the concern, privacy is critically important. But this is the age of cloud computing, and server-side processing enables more powerful tools. Files are sent to our servers for processing, but we don’t store or log anything, all files are auto-deleted immediately after processing.
