Three quarters of US auto execs know something that Trump doesn't --- isolation has never worked over the long term and is a prescription for a less prosperous, less relevant, less GREAT society.

Instead of (or in addition to) tariffs, what the US should be focusing on is education and robotics.

A highly trained/educated workforce in a mechanically enhanced industry is the only way to negate the cost advantage of the Chinese.

Isolation is for idiots.

> A highly trained/educated workforce

There's lots of societal and ideological forces working against this. A highly trained/educated workforce can and does notice problems with creationism, for example.
