I take about 50 supplements a day no I am not listing them and none of them are listed in this document. I do recognize one of them, Centrum and would never take any of those multi-vitamins. They and others like them contain the lowest quality versions of vitamins and are a risk of prostate cancer in males due to the existence Alpha-Tocopherol without a balance and Gamma-Tocopherol and Selenium. I do actually check who makes each of mine and they are made by the same labs that produce all the prescription drugs. I have mixed feelings about that as cross contamination is a thing but thus far I have been lucky AFAIK.

On a semi-related topic I am curious what happens what happens should there be blockades or excessive tariffs and sanctions on China and India. Where do people get both supplements and prescription drugs? Some prescription drugs have some nasty rebound effects if one quits cold-turkey in one day, potentially lethal even. That's one of the primary reasons I managed to get myself off prescription drugs. I can not stockpile them by multiple cases. Triple prescriptions just doesn't cut it for me.
