Of course. The intent of this administration is clear: make the government stop doing anything that might benefit real people and instead focus on doing the things that will enrich large corporations and the very wealthy.

Is this because the CFPB itself is being loudly killed, so its hard for the smaller killings to be heard above the noise?

I wish Trump was more disciplined, because with his impulses to protect Social Security, Medicate, raise taxes on the wealthy, he could probably kill the Russell Vought wing of the Republican party, that hates things like the CFPB.
