"Growing Tesla from a $59 billion company to a $650 billion company was pretty ambitious, but he did it; growing Tesla from a $1.1 trillion company to, you know, a $10 trillion company seems less realistic."

Isn't FSD Robotaxi and Optimus an infinite money hack that's going to make Tesla far and away the biggest company in the world? Musk keeps saying this so, it seems like a pay package that supports this is more than fair.

But actually, I know this was a bit tongue-in-cheek, but it's really interesting navigating the relationship between sort of investors who drive up the value of Tesla because they think Musk can do amazing things, and also, no one thinking a pay package like this might be fair because Musk can't do said amazing things.

Like Tesla seems valued partially from the anticipation that potential he could rocket it to a 10 trillion dollar valuation.
