I’ve struggled to find a simple, clean website for book recommendations with a sleek UI, so I built one.

BookDiscoveree is my first indie hacker project. It's a minimal tool for finding your next great reads, based on books you already love, and telling you what you will get out of a book.

How it works:

- (Optionally) choose a category (like “Actionable Insights” or “Light Fun”)

- Enter a few books you’ve enjoyed

- Get personalized recommendations from a curated list of 40,000+ top-rated books

- Each comes with a short AI-generated summary focused on what you’ll actually gain from reading it
