I commend the whole of the ICC for continuing to work under these conditions. They are an important part of the international system.

It isn't lost on me that the US, which has imposed these sanctions on the ICC, is an accessory to this specific alleged crime as the US has provided the financing and the weapons: https://www.cfr.org/article/us-aid-israel-four-charts

Corrupt people like Khan inadvertently give Netanyahu legitimacy and hurt the voices within Israel that are trying to stop him. Biased reporting like the BBC is responsible is a huge part of the problem.
