In my opinion this is a mistake. When you force motivation it will release cortisol and burn you out; generating more long term avoidance.

humans cant work non stop without consequences. If your body is telling you to procrastinate, you should figure out why.

1. Are you being lazy? Have you accomplished nothing lately? If you haven't you just had a realization.

2. Is it physical muscles dont want to go? is it emotional(that coworker jerk insulted you), or mental?

If physical, couch potato time.

If emotional, gun range time.

If mental, go for a walk. Repeat until fixed.

3. Im sorted for those 3. Meditation for 15+ minutes. Minimize sensory input.

4. Now im ready to do it.
