This is a weird statement from Microsoft. It seems to sort of imply that it acknowledges there is something that the Israeli military is doing that is unethical/outside strictly national defense, and that if their software was say managing the missile control systems that might be bad, but that managing the payroll for the HR department paying the people operating those missile control systems is fine.
