Am I understanding that correctly or am I just being jaded and cynical? Given that apparently building DC's on greenfield land is A-OK [1] because there are no brown field abandoned industrial estates anywhere in the UK (/s) and now on top of that, the UK tax payers are expected to pay for the power stations via increased bills due to "infrastructure improvements" I am beyond the “SMH” stage.
