I have always had a bad habit: I always procrastinate. I wait until I have to do my laundry, reply to emails, and work tasks before I start. Then I get into a state of panic, stress, and a little regret. This is not a plan, but a forced coping.

Until I saw an article about the "2-minute rule", which gave me some inspiration and I also wanted to try to change it. I want to know how many people have the same bad habit as me?
