Show HN: Adiem – Real-Time Haptic Feedback for Social Anxiety (Apple Watch)

https://www.adiem.com
3•victorasao•3h ago
We’ve built Adiem, an Apple Watch app that uses real-time heart rhythm data and adaptive haptics to support people navigating social anxiety, ADHD, or overstimulation. Unlike wearable hardware, Adiem works on-device, leveraging HealthKit data to generate personalized haptic rhythms during social interactions. Sessions are screen-free and start directly from the Watch. We’re currently onboarding early users and therapists, and would love feedback from this community—on everything from tech to use cases to where it might evolve.
