Until now I believed (without a reason) that the Github Actions Runner is Java based, was a bit surprised why it needed special treatment on a new platform. And now I look at output of lsof, and it has a lot of dll(!) files open on my Linux machine. It is based on .net/mono? I am flabbergasted.
