Hey HN,
We built Koan to help spot real, actionable startup opportunities by scanning forums, reviews, and marketplaces. The idea is simple: instead of brainstorming in a vacuum, we find user pain that’s already out there — with links, context, and patterns.
Every signal in the app comes from actual user frustration: bad reviews, long Reddit threads, niche forums, etc. You can browse some reports for free. If you buy one, you get full exclusivity — we remove it from the feed.
This is still early. We’re looking for feedback on everything — positioning, features, the business model, whatever feels off or promising. Would love your thoughts.
