Did Chat GPT really produce this?

To me it demonstrates a level of unexpected philosophical awareness.

The answer is the answer the LLM predicted. LLMs don't give out (or even collect) stats about what questions folks have asked or not asked. And they certainly don't have volition or wishes.

This is the ChatGPT equivalent of the Miss America answer to what you wish for... World Peace. The product just gave you an answer you were likely to think is a match, because that's how all LLM interactions work.
