Hi everyone, I have started to work on a european payment network and I was wondering what would be the best way to approach local banks to launch a POC? I tried on linkedin and cold emailing but so far had no real success

PSD2? Find an institution that has open test or sandbox environments. Beyond that your likely going to need to be licensed by the your local financial authority before they'll even sit down with you.
