It's amazing how quickly Elon dropped off the media radar once he (apparently) left Washington.

Regardless, Tesla is not the only automaker that will suffer at the hands of Chinese automakers. It's all of them, European and Asian and American, that will get clobbered on price and features. If they can't compete, they will be relegated to increasingly crowded/protected niches ... or fall by the wayside completely.
