I want to programmatically access company or director-related data from the MCA portal (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India).

After exploring the site, I couldn't find any publicly documented APIs. My goal is to fetch company master data, director details, or filing information for automation or analysis.

My questions:

Does MCA provide any official or public APIs for developers?

Is there a way to get access to these APIs via registration or service agreements?

Are there any reliable third-party providers who expose this data via APIs?

Is it legally permissible to scrape public data from MCA (as a fallback)?
