Is there no end to all this madness? How can a single person or a group of people do so many wrong things and still got away / getting away?

Harvard has more than $50 Billion in their endowment. So they don’t really need US grants or contracts.

As far as visas go, this seems to be part of the escalation over the past couple of months. Both Harvard and the US administration seem to have read the same book on negotiation - Never Split The Difference.

I suspect that there is a path to a deal , but we will see if anyone is willing to do that.
