It is the same for pretty much every political related announcement. DEI was fake. Investment like this is fake. Gulf Arab countries investing in the US will be fake.
Headline is all that matters, not actions.

Former Meta employee here. Let me explain how other Meta employees do volunteering at Habitat for Humanity "building homes". They show up late, work extra slow, don't know what they're doing, don't take the initiative, don't coordinate with the HfH site leader, leave messes, don't help clean up, and leave early without telling the site leader. Oh, but of course they get the free T-shirt and social media group photo.
