I think this is a good idea but have some feedback. For the example videos, the face-following makes the clip jump quite a lot, maybe this could be dampened some, the frame doesn't need to move by a few pixels so frequently, if the face is in frame.

Another feedback- part of the problem you solve is finding good segments that start with good hooks. One of your examples starts with "Goat villain you team up with" which makes no sense and won't keep people watching.
