These efforts won't satisfy election deniers because their objections to format of ballots, location of voting, identity of voters, etc etc, are shams. Those objections are not offered in good faith, because election deniers have an underlying belief that unless their party wins, the election was rigged.

Something this sensible and considered is not going to make a dent. In fact, it may do the opposite, supply more super-technical objections for bad faith election denial.
