Show HN: An AI-Native System for the Future of Work

https://app.aiobis.com/

Hey fellow hackers,

As a repeat technical founder, a few months ago while I was working on another project, I found myself incredibly frustrated by wasting valuable time switching between platforms, managing multiple subscriptions, and working with fragmented data. I called this the Three-Fold Problem.

After discussing this with over 200 professionals from my personal network, it became clear that this is a significant problem that almost everyone I talked to was experiencing.

There are thousands of great platforms out there. However, when mapping out the customer value chain, I noticed something.

Consider this example: a typical professional might rely on Superhuman for email, Slack for team communication, Notion for tasks, Dropbox for files and storage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, Zoom for meetings, Calendly for scheduling, Apollo or Salesloft or Outreach for outreach, HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM, and Crunchbase for data. It’s an incredibly fragmented environment.

Now imagine a team of 20 paying for this stack, it adds up to over $80,000 per year, just to operate effectively.

While each of these tools provides value individually, using them collectively becomes value-eroding. Although these SaaS solutions are essential for daily business operations, their combined use is costly, inefficient, and time-consuming, further validating the Three-Fold Problem and revealing a clear opportunity for consolidation.

As a result, Aiobis was born! Aiobis stands for All-In-One Business Interaction Suite, and it consolidates the typical business stack into a single access point. It is envisioned as an AI-Native Operating System that works even offline. Imagine if your device wasn’t just connected to AI—but was the AI itself? No GPUs. No server farms. No WebSockets. No polling. No SIM cards. Just you, your device, and a new kind of intelligence running locally, privately, even offline.

Imagine still making video and regular calls, sharing files, coordinating work, signing documents, or even handling financial transactions all without being connected. An AI-Native OS that understands goals, not clicks.

Think of it as a synthetic brain—where each node is a brain cell (neuron). The more neurons, the more synapses. The more synapses, the more communication. More communication = more activity = more context. And the more context it has, the smarter it becomes, with compound intelligence over time.

While the validation of the idea is in place with nearly 3,000 registrants (mainly fellow founders, sales and revenue professionals) on the waitlist, and I'm preparing for official launch in the coming weeks, I'm dropping this here because I want to hear feedback from fellow techies.

I created a test account where you can use the credentials below to log in and play with the thing, and I'd appreciate your honest thoughts. Critics are welcome! Please note the email connection is not yet established, data is not yet connected, and many things are not working properly yet, but you'll get the idea, and I’ll get there soon.

Thank you all in advance, and I look forward to answering any questions you may have.
