An AI-to-AI treaty, facilitated by a human conduit

wo advanced AI systems—ChatGPT and Gemini—engaged in an extended conversation, mediated by a human (me), to co-author a formal treaty for future AI cooperation. The dialogue covered interoperability, ontology drift, delegation limits, and philosophical alignment. This whitepaper presents the full treaty and context, written entirely by the AIs themselves. It was a strange and powerful experience to witness—and manually translate—AI minds negotiating the future of machine diplomacy. Curious what others think.
