As cool as Ric Ford is, and I’ve been following his stuff for DECADES, he hasn’t really gotten a handle on this web stuff anymore. He’s been prevaricating for YEARS about the site and how to run it and what to run it on, it’s been slow and unreliable and he seems to be holding on to a vision of how he would like things to be instead of seeing them as they really are.

Blogs a decade behind him have gone through multiple cycles of success and reinvention while Macintouch is a zombie site, just not getting anywhere.
