I want to make a similar display device that will really work ( means programmably showing something ), What do you think? Would anyone buy it ?

I think you are talking about Augmented Reality devices and there are many very well funded companies already working on them (MS, Google, Meta/Ray Ban for starters)

Yeah, they are working on normal consumers targeted, most like normal eye glasses devices, I mean one more like the Scouter, for Dragon Ball fans.

Hardware is hard. Perhaps you try to buy a commercial one and customize so it looks like the one from Dragon Ball.
