How To Glow Up/How to be popular?

1•gummytoes•1d ago
I'm ugly and I've been getting bullied to the point where I've been through therapists, slitting my wrists, and kids harassing me to the point they destroyed a birthday gift. I want to stop getting bullied. Please give me GOOD actualy working tips to make me pretty and popular. PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THIS. I hate my life.

Start working out or even better start practicing a martial art, I'm telling you. I started with MMA and it boosted my self-esteem and confidence like nothing else. People around you will notice it and change how they treat you.

Bullies respond to your confidence and your self esteem. They got to you so far, that you become unsure of your self worth. During the day there are plenty of social interactions, that can form a win for your self esteem. Think of it as giving someone else who is down a little boost. Just go outside and for a passing moment be kind, friendly and good to someone else. No matter who and no matter the situation. Gift someone a small moment of attention and make their day just a little better.
