Politicus USA is a garbage partisan site, as bad as something like Newsmax on the right. I don't think this story meets the criteria for HN submissions, as Congressional foot stamping is hardly evidence of an intriguing new phenomenon (rather than because it's political per se). But if you're going to submit a story about it, surely you can find a better source that provides some additional analysis/context rather than just being a two-line intro for a press release.
