Show HN: EasyFAQ – How I saved 5 hrs/week, improved SEO and boosted conversions

https://easyfaq.io
2•branoco•8mo ago
Hey HN! while managing multiple SaaS and eCommerce projects, one task that kept draining my time was creating FAQ pages. It was a necessary part of any website but incredibly time-consuming, and honestly, I couldn’t keep up with it.

So, I decided to build something for myself: EasyFAQ – an AI-powered FAQ generator that creates high-converting FAQ pages in 60 seconds. The result? I’ve been able to cut down hours of work and focus on scaling other areas of my projects.

Here’s how EasyFAQ has helped me so far:

- Saved 5+ hours a week on support

- Increased conversions on my eCommerce stores (better customer trust)

- Reduced support tickets by a significant amount (Common questions get answered before they’re even asked)

- Improved SEO rankings (Keyword-rich FAQ content and schema markup helping my pages rank higher)

I’ve come to believe that FAQs are just as important as any other page on a website. They not only save time but also provide immense value by improving conversions, customer experience, and SEO.

I’m sharing this because I’d love to get some feedback from the HN community. Every website could benefit from better FAQ management, and it’s likely a huge market, but are people really willing to pay for something like this?

Any thoughts, critiques, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
