I made a health app that uses real money/challenges to keep people accountable

You join a group challenge, stake some money, and only get it back if you hit your goal. If you miss it, your stake gets redistributed to those who did. All results are public to create social pressure. We also added leaderboards, automated nudges, and an AI coach to help users stay on track.

It’s designed for people who want to build healthy routines but struggle with consistency. Would love feedback from this community on the concept and UX.

It sounds like the incentives would be questionable. You'd want everyone else in your group to fail, while you are incentivized to either succeed or just lie and say you did. I could even foresee a strong practice of gaming the system just to collect on failed challenges.

We track the user whoop/apple data hard to game.
