Denmark is rich, has strong industry, and is located at strategic point. Why doesn't it have nuclear weapons yet? Especially being a monarchy, it has a benefit of a lot better accountability of it's deployment.

Nuclear weapons (that are militarily effective) are very expensive - both up front, and ongoing. Britain, France, and the US all have those, and have (had) very strong interests in keeping Denmark from being captured, coerced, or crushed by plausible ('till very recently) aggressors.
However rich it might be per capita - why should tiny Denmark start paying for a nuclear weapons program?
