All of the other numbers pale in comparison. You can take $284 billion from Agriculture and $349 billion from Education and Workforce, and it's still dwarfed by the giant negative number. Even cutting a trillion dollars from Energy and Commerce doesn't cover the fact that on balance, this is a massive increase in the deficit and the debt -- while utterly destroying the ability of the government to provide any actual benefits for all of that spending.
